EP Mini, 540, 21.5, 13.5 and Open

EP 540 Pro - 21.5 Zero Timing (Blinky)

This class is as per the EP 540 VORTEC class, except that the ESC and Motor must be from the lists below and set to zero timing mode.

Nitro Pro

This class is for the more serious racer.  High powered engines and aerodynamics play a role in some high speed racing!

Rules

This class will follow the rules for the AARCMCC IC 1/10th 200mm Tourer Class, with the following exception:

  1.  2 Can-am bodies have been approved for use in this class - the Blitz 1:10 VDS (P/N 60107N) and the Protoform T530 (P/N 1480)
   

Nitro STS Stock Class

This class has been created to encourage new drivers to Nitro racing.  It is essentially a standard 1/10 Tourer class, with a restriction on the engines i.e. with a model chosen that is cost effective (around $100)

 Rules:

This class will follow the rules for the AARCMCC IC 1/10th 200mm Tourer Class, except for the limit on the engine.  Only one engine may be used - the STS 1018.  The engine must not be modified in any way other than:

  1. Any glow plug may be used
  2. O rings in carburettor may be replaced
  3. Head shims can be added or removed
  4. Either carburettor that is supplied with the engine may be used
